I am currently only shipping to Australia as the lamps are made here in Adelaide and have 240v Australian plugs. If you’re located outside of Australia and truly in love with a piece, feel free to message me here to discuss the power requirements in your region and shipping estimate.

Please allow 5-7 days from your order date. This will allow for me to put the finishing touches & securely package your piece with care. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking once your order leaves my hands.

Local to Adelaide and want to pickup? Just select “Local Pickup” under shipping methods at checkout to pick-up your order in person! After your order is received, you will be contacted via e-mail to schedule pickup.

All my work is made using the “Tiffany” method. Each piece is made from hand cut glass soldered together with lead (60/40). Should you be worried about the lead? Short answer - no. Lead isn’t harmful unless ingested. The risk is very minimal, but do wash your hands thoroughly after handling. As a precaution, keep out of reach from children & pets.

Sending glass across the country can be risky - Although I do my best to provide your orders with custom cut foam packaging to ensure a safe journey, sometimes mishaps happen! If an item arrives broken/cracked or damaged, please contact me immediately here. Please include photos of the damaged item & all packaging. Please contact me within 24 hours so that we can work on a timely resolution. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for lost/stolen packages.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once I receive your item, I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item. I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
